The procedure has three steps to complete female to male transformation and first, stage is conducting the hysterectomy, subcutaneous mastectomy, to the oophoretomy. Generally, breast are taken away and womb and ovaries.  Stage 2, involves the penile reconstruction by using the sensate radial forearm flap that includes the malleable silicone rod. Stage three, is creation of the testicle implant that which will either be done with and without the tissue expansion.

After surgery is done,  you must be aware of fact that there will be not any sensation in penis, urine flow may leak that will need a lot of correction surgeries & most importantly appearance of penis may not 100% look like male.
